As the Sr. Estimator/Project Manager, David is responsible for preparing preliminary budgets, milestone cost estimates, and final bid scope/pricing proposals. He is diligent in paving the way for success by building partnerships through networking and collaboration.

Our safety coordinator, Mike represents one of the most important aspects of our company. As the Safety Coordinator, he is responsible for cultivating a safety conscious culture on assigned projects.
He ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the potential hazards/risks and precautionary safety measures through proactive support, training, and mentoring.
Mike works hand-in-hand with the entire project team, general contractors, and other parties located onsite to ensure enforcement and compliance in company safety policies and procedures and all federal, state and local safety rules and regulations.
Every construction site is full of risks and dangers. For this reason, Mike, our Safety Coordinator, ensures that all the tasks are being done in safe ways and proper protocol is applied at our project sites.
A good foreman is said by many to be the keystone of their projects. Alex is no exception. He
supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in preparing and applying waterproofing materials with ease. His specialist knowledge of the waterproofing trade gives him an advantage.
Alex oversees his team of waterproofers ensuring assigned jobs are completed safely, meeting all GC and A+ standards. His leadership holds his crew accountable for following proper policies and procedures.
His hands on approach ensures quality work and daily production from crews making sure to meet budgeted hours.
