Our safety coordinator, Mike represents one of the most important aspects of our company. As the Safety Coordinator, he is responsible for cultivating a safety conscious culture on assigned projects.
He ensures that all stakeholders are aware of the potential hazards/risks and precautionary safety measures through proactive support, training, and mentoring.
Mike works hand-in-hand with the entire project team, general contractors, and other parties located onsite to ensure enforcement and compliance in company safety policies and procedures and all federal, state and local safety rules and regulations.
Every construction site is full of risks and dangers. For this reason, Mike, our Safety Coordinator, ensures that all the tasks are being done in safe ways and proper protocol is applied at our project sites.
Through Brenda's constructive and energetic style, guided by company objectives, Brenda provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that A+ has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
As the President, Brenda collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization. Brenda oversees budgets and ensures resources are properly allocated and ensures profitability of individual jobs.
